This feature of Google Chrome allows the user to look freely about the web without, the risk of another party going back and viewing their history, cookies, paswords, etc. You can open a new window in the incognito mode, by clicking the control button on the left-hand corner and selecting the "new incognito window" option. A new browser window opens and you are in "incognito mode". To verify that you are in "incognito mode" you will see in the right-hand corner of the browser a picture of a spy-like figure.
